Bill consulted on the development and launch of a Fresh Juice and Waffle Bar/Cafe, serving as a pivotal figure in the creation of this QSR, which marked the inaugural venture for the investor group. Additionally, Bill played a key role in the conceptualization and planning of various retail endeavors, including an upscale jewelry store, under the guidance of the primary investor. Over a span of more than two years, Bill provided comprehensive business advisory services, assuming responsibilities that ranged from operational oversight to strategic decision-making.

During this tenure, Bill functioned as both a business advisor and an acting General Manager, overseeing crucial aspects such as recruitment, staff development, front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, kitchen management, recipe development, and contributing to branding and marketing efforts, including catering sales initiatives.

A notable highlight of Bill's time in this role was the opportunity to spend half a day with the immensely talented Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel, renowned as Seal, (British musician, singer, songwriter, and record producer with a global record sales exceeding 20 million). Seal's manager entrusted Bill with entertaining him before his show in San Francisco, providing a rare and memorable encounter with a truly inspiring individual known for his remarkable vocal abilities and musical prowess. This experience left an indelible impression on Bill, serving as a testament to Seal's kindness and talent, and offering valuable insights into the journey of a highly accomplished artist.
