Leveraging his relationships, he successfully closed deals with notable clients, including Stanford Medical, to deploy one of the first indoor/outdoor WiFi mesh networks. Additionally, he secured a deal to deploy point-to-point wireless at Lucasfilm's Skywalker Ranch and Big Rock Ranch properties.

Working directly with the client's security contractor, who was a retired Air Force one-star commanding the security air support for the presidential travel team, Bill oversaw the deployment and installation of a highly secure wireless network with mission-critical priority. It was an honor for Bill to collaborate with him, learning strategic planning and various protocols to protect individuals and property in the private sector.

Bill also deployed some of the first mesh wireless networks to service security cameras, VoIP, and data for Webcor as they constructed the state-of-the-art Lucas campus on the Presidio. Furthermore, he directly engaged with several Bay Area hotels and restaurants to deploy WiFi networks for their staff and guests, pioneering some of the earliest installations.

In addition, Bill collaborated early on with Cisco Systems in the research and development of WiFi products and services, focusing on device usage, configurations, types of service, and securing and auditing networks for security vulnerabilities.
